Your CV Gets Rejected by AI Before a Human Sees It. Fix It with Claude

Most companies run your CV through an ATS before any human reads it. If the keywords and requirements from the job description aren't there, you're filtered out, and nobody can tell you why. Yet many people still send the same CV to every job offer. In this video I show my simple setup for creating a tailored, ATS-friendly CV for every application using a Claude Project: A project with instructions to build ATS-optimized CVs for specific job descriptions My full background as context: old CVs, a LinkedIn PDF export, and extra notes saved to the project Pasting a real job link from a Polish job board and letting Claude read the offer in the browser Claude pushing back when a role doesn't fit or expects five people in one A custom CV skill that produces a .docx in my format (max two pages, no em dashes) Exporting to Google Drive, fixing things in Google Docs, and downloading the PDF Always read the result before sending. The AI picks up outdated or irrelevant items, like my old Coursera certificates, and makes small mistakes.
