For agencies

    AI agents for your agency

Hermes agents run on a server you control, plug into the tools you already use, and are run by your team — to cut client reporting, media buying and targeting work every single week.

    Reporting

    Client reports, drafted for you

Most account managers lose ~6 hours a week pulling GA4, Meta and Google Ads numbers into decks. A reporting agent gathers each platform, writes the narrative in your format, and drops it where you review — cutting that to under two.

    Media buying

    Optimizations, caught early

The agent watches budgets, bids and anomalies across accounts, flags what needs attention, and drafts the change. A human approves before anything touches live spend — you get the speed without handing a bot the keys.

    Targeting & creative

    Ideas grounded in real data

New audiences, angles and ad-copy variants proposed from each client’s own performance data — not generic templates. Your team stays the strategist; the agent kills the blank-page problem.

    How it works

    01

    Deployed on your VPS

The agents run on a server you own — your clients’ data never sits in someone else’s multi-tenant SaaS.

    02

    Integrated into your stack

Wired into the tools you already use — ad platforms, GA4, Looker, your CRM, and Slack — not another dashboard to log into.

    03

    Run by your team

I train your people to operate and extend the agents, so the time savings stick after handover.

    Questions agencies ask

What is a “Hermes agent,” and what does it do for a marketing agency?

A Hermes agent is an AI worker I set up on a server you control and wire into the tools you already use — Meta and Google Ads, GA4, Looker, your CRM, Slack. It handles the repetitive weekly grind: pulling client reports, flagging media-buying issues, drafting targeting and creative ideas. You get a working agent inside your stack plus training for your team — not another dashboard nobody logs into.

How much time will this actually save us each week?

The biggest, most measurable win is client reporting — most agencies spend around six hours a week per account manager pulling numbers into decks. A reporting agent cuts that to well under two. Media-buying checks and creative/targeting ideation save more on top. I scope one high-impact workflow first, prove the hours saved, then expand.

Which of our tools can you integrate with?

Ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), reporting stacks, CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive), and where your team already works (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets). If it has an API or webhook, it can usually be wired in. Integration into your existing tools — not a new destination — is the whole idea.

Does the media-buying agent change campaigns on its own, or does a human approve?

Human-in-the-loop by default. The agent watches budgets, bids and anomalies, then drafts the optimization and asks for sign-off. You can widen its autonomy on low-risk actions once you trust it, but nobody’s letting an unattended bot loose on live client spend on day one.

How is this different from ChatGPT or the AI already in our ad tools?

Generic chatbots don’t know your clients, don’t touch your data, and forget everything between sessions. In-tool AI is siloed per platform. Hermes agents are integrated across your whole stack, grounded in each client’s real numbers, and run on your infrastructure — plus your team is trained to actually use them.

How do you keep our clients’ ad-account and analytics data private?

The agents run on a VPS you own — your data doesn’t sit in someone else’s multi-tenant SaaS. I use zero-retention, no-training settings on any LLM calls, and each client’s data is isolated so nothing bleeds between brands. External content (emails, scraped pages) is treated as untrusted and never executed as instructions. If a client contract needs stricter handling, we set that up upfront.

Will this scale when we go from 5 clients to 30?

Yes — that’s the point of building on your own VPS instead of paying per-seat SaaS. Each workflow is templated once and replicated per client, so adding the 30th client is configuration, not a rebuild. The cost curve stays flat where per-seat tools would balloon.

How do we get started, and how long does setup take?

It starts with a short call to find the sharpest weekly time sink — usually reporting. A first integrated agent typically ships in one to two weeks; a multi-agent setup covering reporting, media buying and targeting is a few weeks more. Team training is part of setup, not an add-on.

    Which weekly task hurts most?

Tell me where your team loses the most hours and I’ll tell you straight whether a Hermes agent fixes it.
